E.R. again.

We ended up back in the E.R. but this time it was for me. I had mastitis again. They gave me this awful penicillin shot. It was AWFUL!!

Today was GrayBear's first trip to the E.R. He is allergic to milk proteins and I unknowingly had Arby's and it made him spit up blood. I felt awful. But it turns out he was okay.

A remedy my mom told me about. Boil water, put Vicks Rub in it, have your head over it with a towel over your head, and breathe deeply for a good 10 minutes or so. Probably longer, but it was all I could stand. It did feel good though!
