Baby's showing

I missed this from my first pregnancy and today was the first time it happened again!!

I always sleep on my belly until I'm just too big to. So I woke up this morning and rolled over on to my back and their bubba was... just floated right up! Just a little bump on the left side of my lower stomach! It looked so deformed when I tried to suck in my belly and everywhere sunk in but that one little bubble! SO CUTE! Chris loved kissing it and helping Lily "be nice to the baby" haha. Then when I stood up to pee I felt the bump move and it was gone! So I now have something to look foward to in the mornings! I remember the first time it happened when I was pregnant with Lily... I was pretending I wasn't pregnant in Utah laying in my grandma's bed. Oh how the times have changed! But it happened every morning after that so hopefully tomorrow!!!

My 1st OBGYN Apt!

I'm Due November 30th... a little earlier than expected!
I got TONS of blood taken... UGH!
The room where I went to get my blood taken STUNK!
Stupid French people who like to not shave their armpits and use deodorant!
I about DIED!
I also got a pap.
And an ultrasound.
...oh the joys of pregnancy.

...and I'm not completely satified. I wish more of the things I've BEEN waiting for would happen ! Now I have to WAIT for the 4th book to see them... MAYBE! Why didn't this one have a chapter of the 4th book in it like the first two?

It's weird to think

that Lily, my little baby, is going to be the older kid soon. She's going to be my oldest kid! The example, the one who decided if sticker cards and good girl points are going to work, the one who introduces me to the motherhood of everything! She is just so little and innocent right now! It's just sad to think about.

3 months

I'll be 3 months in a couple days, and let me just say that that pregnancy feels like it's in slow motion! I want it to slow down in 2nd trimester when the kicking and cute belly happens, but right now I'm so bored of this whole first part. I don't feel pregnant at all. Not even a little bit. I'm not sick, I am tired (but then again when aren't I?), and everythings just moving along in a very blah way. I kind of miss getting sick. I got super skinny and I felt that things were happening and that I was healthy. So I guess it's a boy. I'm glad I'm okay with the name Chris chose. He's going to be such a cutie!

I'm also worried about Lily. I read her babycenter month to month growth thing and right now she should be able to point to things when I ask her where it is. (where's mommy's nose, where's daddy's mouth, etc.) She just doesn't understand. I point at my nose all throughout the day and tell her it's mommy's nose and then point to hers and say there's Lily's nose... she just seems like her development is slower than normal. I'm trying, but I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I read books to her, I play games with her, I do little things like that. What is it that all mother's do that I somehow missed out on? She doesn't even say that many words, and I still don't completely think she understands who's mom and who's dad. UGH I'm just stressed! Anyway time to start making dinner :)

Seriously I LOVED barcelona! It was gorgeous, fun, and so relaxing! I could have stayed forever! We had so much fun! I love family trips!

Oh and we ate so good!

Okay now I want to go back :)

I got till December to finish reading.

Today

I went to lunch with some friends... It's was a farewell for Tana.
I didn't eat, but I was nice!

Pretty much a bunch of moms and crazy kids!

Then I went to the soldier show. It was cute. They travel all over the world to all the bases and do little free shows. Lily wasn't very happy though so I was in and out of there a lot.

Oh and Chris and I had our first dessert together since his diet started!
His next taping is when he's 21 so his percentage went up :)

Anyway we ate rootbeer floats!

My friend Tana just found out that she's PREGNANT! I'm SO excited for her! The only problem is her husband just got deployed so she's going home :(

I wish I could have a pregnant friend around to share the experience with. But I understand her need to be home at a time like this. I would go home too! I guess she will be back so I shouldn't worry too much.

The winters are so long out here that they don't have AC in all housing... including ours! It feels like 100 degrees in here and 150 degrees outside! Especially after cleaning. I'm sweating hardcore. We need to get fans here soon! I'm dying!

They need a community outdoors swimming pool out here!

girls day off!

Yesterday 3 of my friends and I got together for a relaxing lounge day. It was really fun! We ate lots of junk, watch movies (we talked through the whole thing lol), and then went outside to layout for the rest of the day. The sun was so nice! Well Lily was just running around the yard the whole time. She was being so cute!! I made mom's Caramel popcorn and it was SO GOOD! Everyone loved it! My friend, Tana, and I got a weird rash on us (on our chests and arm) it was so weird. Tana thinks it's from the sun, and Tricia thinks it's from the grass. Either way it ITCHED! I put some clinque face lotion on it last night and it went away... so I guess a light lotion was all I needed! Anyway Today I've been deep cleaning my house. It's pretty much done and it feels nice to be in a clean house. I've been so busy this week... cleaning my house got neglected. Anyway Lily is napping so I'm just enjoying a nice break!
