We were going to live in better housing, but we decided that if we stay in these (which he said are nice from the inside) we'll have that much more money to travel!
An experience is SO MUCH MORE than a nice house.

They don't look too terrible and I am sure you will decorate the inside so it is super cute and you'll love it. I definately think having money to travel and shop is much more important than an awesome house... especially in Europe!
I think it will work out just fine!! You dont need to worry about a big payment for housing
