I'm almost finished with all the seasons of Scrubs. I'm going to be so sad when I'm finished, because that show makes me smile.

It's my favorite show right now.

Baked Ziti Smart ones are my life now.

Lily must have gotten sick at the doctors office, because we seriously never leave this place. She was up ALL NIGHT last night, and we ended up sucking her nose like a baby.

I’ve been transferring video tapes onto the computer and have loved reminiscing

Lily must want to be a vampire… she’s been biting again.

I want my hair to be like Elliot Reed’s from scrubs… the last seasons.

I have a terrible sore throat and I know Lily and Austin do too… so sad.

I wish I had more rhythm.

I want to drive a car with no kids in it again by myself… I’d turn up the music, put down the windows and just feel life. It’s one of my favorite things to do.

I’m excited for my sisters coming to visit, and hopefully my momma.

I wish I could lose weight like crazy like I did with Lily… I guess I need to start working out… but when and how? My life is completely full of kids and when Chris comes home and gives me a break all I want to do is relax!

These are my favorite pair of Tennis Shoes I’ve ever owned. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to own shoes again that don’t have shox… they’re WONDERFUL. I wear them almost everyday! I actually got them while living in Arizona… a kid’s shoe store [I have small feet] They’re heaven… if you don’t own a pair of tennis shoes with shox I highly recommend them!

Lily is definitely an olive lover… well black olives that is. Besides candy, I’d say it’s probably her favorite food! She is so cute. Now that she knows how to put them on her fingers, she likes to put it on her finger, eat it, and then start over. She’s so much fun!

Today Nat brought over my new camera and taught me some basic things so I could use it. I LOVE my new camera. It's perfect for me! It's a Canon Digital Rebel XTi/ EOS 400D. I hope to learn a lot with this camera so later I can do a lot with my pictures. Here's one picture I took today...

Last Tuesday

Obama became president. I wasn’t for Obama, but now that it’s official I’m going to stand behind him. I just hope Chris’s job isn’t affected. I think it’s cool that we finally have a black president. I live in a time that will be talked about forever more. And will change the world as we know it.

Natalie sold my camera and my new camera hasn't arrived so for my project 365 picture today I’m taking a picture of myself with my camera phone.

I felt sexy today… I don’t know why and this picture doesn’t look as good as I look in person [in my opinion] but yeah I just feel good.

Chris said I looked pretty today also. I always love compliments from my hubbs!

I guess if I want Austin to be a TV watcher I got to start now [unlike Lily]… so he’s staring at classical baby right now.

Lily broke both my sunglasses AND my cosmetic glasses!
My mom is right… you can’t get attached to anything when you have children.
-Lily had a make-up incident AGAIN at Shelbey’s! She is crazy. I spent all that money on makeup to be destroyed by Lilers.

I put Lily to bed a half hour ago and all I can hear on the baby monitor is Lily talking and her toys playing music… I hope she goes down soon.

A lot changes after you get married, but one thing that I hate changed is that I used to go to bed watching TV and since Chris works in the morning and goes to bed easier with silence I have to turn everything off at like 10. Pretty lame.

I wish Tonya had a myspace or facebook still! I MISS HER!!!

I haven’t done this is awhile...

My sister sold my camera on EBAY and it got sold today. My new camera should be here tomorrow! I’m SO excited!!!

My Austin smiled for the first time today! He’s so cute!

Lily had an amazing birthday… she has more toys now then I ever thought she’d have.

I really enjoyed catching up with Shelbey and Jenna… we were so close in highschool and it’s nice to see we can still have a good time.

It’s like my body craves bacteria.

I want to try chipotle sometime… everyone talks about how good the food is there and I just want to try it sometime.


I think we’re addicted to Shepard’s pie. We had it again tonight. I had to double the recipe because we eat it like crazy!

Austin has a cardiologist apt at 8:50 am tomorrow… I hate early morning appointments.

Austin is all the sudden so alert… he grew overnight!

I’m sad that Lily’s hair is so thin… I always hated having thin hair.

My room is such a mess… I finally have my closet almost put together, but my room looks like a tornado came through.

I think it’s funny that all these older people like my mom used to wonder how I could be on myspace or facebook as much as I am, and now they’re all on as much if not more than me.

Chris is so addicted to house.

When I was staying at the hospital last week, I felt like I was living in an episode of scrubs.

Today a nurse came to our house to give Austin his Synagis shot for this month. She also gave me a baby scale for free to keep so I can weigh him. In hate when Austin gets shots. Poor guy.

Yesterday I went out to lunch with Shelbey and Jenna. A couple good friends from highschool.

We had such a great time and we decided to stay together that night So I went and got my kids and we had a great evening. Today Lily was so afraid of Jack [shels dog]. But finally pet him.

I think Lily had a great birthday.
She went to church and played with new friends all morning.
Then she ate a yummy lunch.
Had a nap.
Woke up to a decorated house and friends to play with.

Enjoyed a ton of presents… she got way too much!
And had a great time with her cousins!

I can’t believe my little girl is two.
She is my world and I love her more than life.
She’s one of the three reasons I love having a family.

The last day being one- 349

Since tomorrow Lily and me are going to church early in the morning, we are having her birthday breakfast this morning. Lily ate FOUR whole waffles! She must be going through a growth spurt, because I only had two and I was fine! That girl is crazy! So she had four waffles and spent her morning watching her favorite cartoons.

Being at the hospital is so boring! Austin is fine now, but they just want to monitor his breathing for a couple days.

I want to start being religious, but I really don’t want to give up my non religious lifestyle.

I think it’s lame when people have scripture verses as their facebook statuses- I understand your super religious and love God, but seriously!

I just found out that two more people from YCA are pregnant. Pretty much our whole class now…

I have about one week till I will start having sex again [I’m kinda nervous]
-Is that weird?

Hospital food is… okay. But you have to be careful what you order.

I feel a connection with other parents here… we all just understand each other. It’s nice to feel that strong of a bond with a total stranger. People start conversations with us about Austin constantly and we just hit it off!
They just really know… you know?

I really like that my mom knows everything about me now. I tell her things I would never have told her a few years ago. It really makes it easier to call and vent [even when she’s too busy :)]

I’m addicted to hospital ice chips.

Leaving Lily kills me. I always think I’d like a break from her, but then we separate for a night and all I can think about is how much I miss her and how much I’m missing.
She’s growing up way too fast. Everytime I call Chris. Lily is chattin’ it up in the background.
It’s depressing!

I feel so poor this time of year. If I have one more kid in the winter I’m going to have to sell myself or file bankruptcy!

I want to see Bride Wars! I really like Anne Hathaway. She’s my new favorite and Chris’s new crush.

Home Sweet Home- 350

We're all happy to be at home and together again.

It's nice to have a little break from reality,

but it's really nice to come back to it.

I missed Chris and Lily so much!

We really do operate better as a family.

Today they look off Austin's tubes.

They had to ween him off slowly.

But he was very happy to get that tube out of his nose!

And so was I... one less thing to worry about.

And they decided to monitor him for the next 24 hours to see how he'll be...

Hospital Food- 352

Fried chicken. french fries, cookies, and chips were my favorite hospital food.

but that's not saying much.

Hospital food is never all too wonderful.

But hey since I'm breast feeding I get food for free

[so I'm not complaining]

Breathing- 353

That tube on his face put a little pressure into his nose to help him breath easier.

Before that tube you could see his ribs when he breathed.

And you could tell that he was working very hard.

I'm so thankful I took him to the pediatrician!

Lily Loves- 354

I look pretty sloppy, but look how cute Lily is! She is growing up way too fast and becoming more and more girlie.

This was right before we went to the pediatrician.

Then they had the ambulance come get Austin, because of breathing problems.

my nails are so long now it's gross

I hate when toys or clothes have characters on them. Disney princesses, Winnie the Pooh, Sesame Street, so on and so on.

I need to get my sleep schedule back to normal… staying up late with my sisters really turned me around.

I hate that Lily won’t take a bath. She is so used to showering with me, and now when I try to give her a bath she’s afraid to sit in the water.

I hate That Austin’s birthday, Christmas, Lily’s birthday, and our anniversary are so close together. By Feb. we’ll be broke every year. Not to mention most likely Lily will get ripped off on her birthday.

I was going through our memory box today and read some of the love letters Chris wrote me when we were dating… he was so sweet!

One sure is a lot easier than the other.

Sometimes when Austin makes a squeaky noise I think we have mice. I’m so afraid of having mice.

Chris went on and on about how he didn’t like Joan of Arcadia, then we watched a few episodes and he then said that it was okay, but he would never watch it without me, because it wasn’t good enough.
… I just caught him watching it without me.

I wasn't a huge fan of my kitchen, but I love that it's all stainless steel.
I really like my new spice rack!
